If you want easy cleaning this is the way to go. Its almost spotless after rinsing with water but you must use soap to remove the film. I am loving the 10" skillet and use it the most. I didn't have one with my stainless set. I expect to get many years of use from these pans and if they wear out I can send for a replacement.
